Architect

As an Architect with 57 years of professional experience, you will be joining our team with the opportunity to lead architectural design projects from concept to completion. Your passion for design and attention to detail, coupled with the ability to work independently, will make you a valuable asset in this role. Your responsibilities will include preparing working drawings, presentations, and client documentation, as well as coordinating with consultants, vendors, and on-site teams. Ensuring compliance with building codes and project standards, managing timelines effectively, and mentoring junior architects will be key aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you must hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) and have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in residential or commercial architecture. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop is essential, along with strong communication and project management skills. Your ability to work under pressure, handle multiple deadlines, and lead projects independently will be crucial for success.
