Mid level Architect

• We are seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Architect to join our dynamic team
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and project management, with experience in developing and delivering high-quality architectural solutions
• You will be involved in a variety of projects, from conceptual design through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, and team members
• Key Responsibilities:Design Development: Create and develop architectural designs that meet client needs, regulatory requirements, and project objectives
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and presentations
• Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
• Prepare and present design proposals, addressing client feedback and incorporating changes as needed
• Coordination: Collaborate with other architects, engineers, and consultants to integrate various project components and ensure seamless coordination throughout the design and construction phases
• Technical Documentation: Prepare and review architectural documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details
• Ensure that all documentation complies with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
• Site Visits: Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, address any issues, and ensure that the project is being executed according to design specifications
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior architects and design staff, helping them develop their skills and advance their careers
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet the firm s quality standards and project requirements
• Conduct quality checks and address any discrepancies or issues that arise

Qualifications:Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution

• Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management
• Experience with commercial and/or residential projects is preferred
• Skills:Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction methods
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Additional Requirements:Experience with client presentations and public speaking is a plus
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and green building standards is desirable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
