Mid level Architect

You will be an integral part of our architectural team as an Architect, focusing on Architectural Design Development and documentation of construction projects. Your role will involve resolving design complexities, leading specific project aspects, coordinating project tasks, managing submittals, creating construction drawings, and ensuring the incorporation of design intent. Your proficiency in architecture bylaws and design principles will be crucial as you conduct research on building materials, construction techniques, sustainable design practices, and industry regulations. Collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams, including architects, engineers, consultants, and clients, will be essential in exploring innovative design solutions. Ideally, you hold a B- Arch / M Arch from an accredited institution with relevant work experience in the architectural field. Proficiency in Autocad, Revit, and other Architectural tools is required, along with strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities. Your excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills will enable you to lead on multiple projects effectively.
