Mid level Architect

As a Mid Level Architect at our company in Gurgaon, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing architectural projects from concept to execution. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing the design development of architectural projects. - Preparing, reviewing, and overseeing the production of GFC (Good for Construction) drawings. - Conducting regular client meetings to ensure effective communication. - Coordinating with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants. - Performing site visits to monitor execution and uphold design integrity. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelors in Architecture from a recognized institution. - 5-8 years of experience in architectural design and project delivery. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural software. - Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills. - Ability to prepare and coordinate drawings with attention to detail. - Solid understanding of building codes and byelaws.
