-Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized and reputed institution.
-Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in architectural design, detailing, and project delivery.
-Proficiency in design capability including software like Auto CAD, Sketch-Up or similar tools.
-Strong communication and organizational skills in client dealing & presentations/meetings.
-Ability to prepare/coordinate for drawings at all stages of the project with attention to details and aesthetics.
-Knowledge of code and byelaws.
The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in designing mid-scale architectural projects, particularly commercial base build developments, at a reputed design firm. Proficiency in the latest architectural software and demonstrated hands-on project experience are essential.
