Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Integration Specialist to lead and support integration efforts across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform, and other integration tools to ensure seamless data flow and process automation between Dynamics 365 CE and external systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and other enterprise applications using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, Power Platform, and custom connectors.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand integration requirements.
• Develop and manage REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures for real time integrations.
• Ensure integration solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Document integration architecture, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications.
Required Skills:
• A minimum of 8+ years of experience in API Integration with strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) modules (Sales, Customer Service, etc.)
• Proficiency in Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and Azure Functions
• Knowledge of Dataverse, Common Data Service, and Power Platform
• Familiarity with API development, OAuth, JSON/XML, and integration patterns
• Experience with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and ALM for integration deployments
• Strong understanding of security, governance, and compliance in cloud integrations
Preferred Qualifications:
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure Integration Services
• Exposure to SAP, Salesforce, or other ERP/CRM systems for cross-platform integration.
