Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant based in Hyderabad with some work-from-home options. The Microsoft Dynamics Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, providing consulting services, and implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. Daily tasks include collaborating with clients, configuring systems, performing data migrations, and providing training and support to ensure the successful adoption of solutions.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and ability to understand and optimize business processes
• Experience in Consulting and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar platforms is a plus
