Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant with 5–6 years of hands-on expertise in implementing, customizing, and supporting Dynamics 365 (CRM / F&O / Business Central – specify as per project). The ideal candidate will work closely with business users and technical teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and performance-driven business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules based on business requirements.

Analyze, document, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations and integrations using Power Platform, Plugins, Workflows, and JavaScript.

Execute data migration strategies using SSIS and other tools for accurate and secure transfer.

Conduct system testing, UAT support, and post-go-live support.

Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure on-time delivery and solution quality.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues, enhancements, and upgrades.

Maintain comprehensive documentation including technical specs, architectural diagrams, and user guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5–6 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / F&O / BC

Hands-on experience in customization, configuration, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)

Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 data model, entities, business process flows, and workflows

Proficient in JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Azure Services

Must have experience with SSIS for data migration, including ETL process design

Knowledge of data migration tools, mapping strategies, and validation

Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and in collaborative team settings

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications (Functional or Technical Consultant)

Experience integrating with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Azure DevOps, etc.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Experience in CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and DevOps practices

Understanding of security roles, permissions, and data governance within Dynamics 365
