MICE Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities and drive sales within the MICE segment.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, associations, and event organisers.
  • Understand client requirements and prepare tailor-made proposals, presentations, and budgets.
  • Work closely with operations and travel teams to ensure smooth event delivery.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor insights, and industry innovations.
  • Represent ExpressEarth at client meetings, networking events, and trade shows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Travel, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of proven experience

    in MICE sales, corporate travel, or event sales.
  • Strong client network and ability to generate leads.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and a team player.
