Job Title: MICE Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the MICE segment through proactive outreach, networking, and industry events.
• Build, maintain, and grow relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and event agencies.
• Understand client requirements to curate end-to-end MICE solutions including destination planning, budgeting, logistics, accommodation, and event execution.
• Collaborate with operations, ticketing, visa, and creative teams to deliver flawless experiences.
• Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and costings with a focus on conversion.
• Manage sales targets, pipeline tracking, and monthly reporting through CRM tools.
• Negotiate and close profitable deals while maintaining high service standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging destinations.

Candidate Profile & Expectations:

• Proven track record in MICE or corporate travel sales (domestic & international).
• Strong network and understanding of corporate decision-makers and procurement cycles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Energetic, result-driven, and client-oriented with a solution-driven mindset.
• Flexibility to travel for meetings, site inspections, and event support.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
