Role Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and confident Pre-Sales Intern to support our business development team through telecalling, lead qualification, and client follow-ups. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building rapport, and creating opportunities for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential corporate clients to introduce ExpressEarth services.
  • Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and events.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their travel management needs.
  • Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM.
  • Share feedback from calls to improve sales strategies.
  • Assist in preparing introductory pitch scripts and call notes.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma (Business, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or related field).
  • Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Confident telephone manner and willingness to make cold calls.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (training will be provided).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
