Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and global client / agents and key stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for accommodation-related inquiries and issues.
Collaborate closely with partner institutions to understand their specific accommodation requirements and preferences.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard suitable accommodation options (apartments, homestays, dormitories, etc.) for international students.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with property owners and managers to secure competitive rates and terms.
Ensure properties meet quality and safety standards required for student accommodation.
Provide guidance and advice to students on accommodation options based on their preferences, budget, and location preferences.
Assist students in navigating the rental process, including lease agreements, payment procedures, and move-in logistics.
Coordinate the logistics of accommodation assignments, ensuring smooth transitions for students arriving from abroad.
Resolve accommodation-related issues promptly and effectively, maintaining high levels of student satisfaction.
Monitor student feedback and implement improvements to enhance the accommodation service offering.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings in student accommodation services.
Identify opportunities for expanding our accommodation portfolio and enhancing service offerings based on market demands.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
Proven experience (2-3 years) in client relationship management, preferably in the education or accommodation sector.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Knowledge of rental market regulations, property management practices, and housing laws.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Fluency in English (additional languages beneficial, especially those relevant to study destinations).
