Role: Meta Services Manager (Finance, Stay, Fly & Insurance) Experience- 5+ years

Key Responsibilities:
1. Service Management & Execution
Manage end-to-end operations across Meta Finance, Stay, Fly, and Insurance verticals.
Ensure high levels of efficiency, accuracy, and student satisfaction in service delivery.
Define, implement, and monitor SOPs and SLAs for each vertical to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
2. Partnership & Vendor Management
Build and sustain strategic partnerships with banks/NBFCs, accommodation providers, travel partners, and insurance companies.
Negotiate optimal terms, improve pricing structures, and enhance partner service quality.
Track partner performance metrics and handle escalations to maintain service excellence.
3. Business Development & Revenue Growth
Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives across Meta service offerings.
Achieve defined revenue goals for each sub-vertical through data-driven strategies and execution.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to amplify service visibility and student adoption.
4. Customer Experience Management
Ensure a seamless onboarding journey and consistent support for students engaging with Meta services.
Create feedback loops to capture student insights and drive iterative service improvementsProactively resolve issues and bottlenecks to enhance the overall customer experience.
5. Process & Technology Enablement
Work closely with tech and product teams to digitize workflows and reduce manual interventions. Leverage CRM systems and analytics dashboards to monitor performance and operational KPIs.
Champion automation initiatives to drive efficiency and scalability.
6. Team Leadership & Development
Build, lead, and mentor a team of service executives or coordinators.
Conduct regular training sessions focused on service excellence, compliance, and escalation protocols.
Promote a high-performance, student-first culture within the team.
