  • Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) policies and statutory norms.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for employees and contractors.
  • Report accidents, incidents, and near misses within defined timelines and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Highlight and escalate any HSSE non-compliance to relevant stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with distribution companies, government bodies, and local authorities to ensure timely billing and revenue realization.
  • Coordinate community engagement activities in collaboration with corporate CSR and local administrative teams.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with OEMs, O&M contractors, and service providers.

Administrative & Material Management

  • Provide site-level administrative oversight and people management support.
  • Monitor material consumption and ensure timely requisition when inventory reaches reordering levels.
  • Ensure physical verification of materials and timely creation of material reservations.

Quality & Audit

  • Conduct random quality audits, including inspection of a defined percentage of wind turbines post preventive maintenance to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Ensure timely statutory payments, approvals of O&M invoices, and accurate operational data entry in relevant systems and compliance portals.
  • Ensure timely submission of operational and performance reports and maintain proper documentation.

Decision-Making Authority

  • Decisions and approvals as per defined authority and approval matrix within approved budgets.

Key Interactions
