📍 Gurugram (On-site) | 🕐 1–2 Years Experience | Full-Time | 📩 careers@grippingproject.com JOB DESCRIPTION As a part of the Performance Marketing Team at Gripping Project, you will be at the forefront of driving ROI-focused digital campaigns for our clients across Meta and Google platforms. This role demands strong analytical thinking, strategic planning, and hands-on execution skills to deliver high-impact performance marketing campaigns in industries like fashion, F&B, luxury, real estate, hospitality, and more. You’ll work closely with the content, design, and social teams to craft ad strategies that don't just reach audiences—but convert them. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube, GMB). Conduct detailed audience research , competitor analysis, keyword planning, and budget forecasting. Set up and manage advertising campaigns end-to-end: creative input, ad copywriting, tracking setup (UTMs, Pixel, GTM), and ongoing optimization. Monitor, analyze, and report on weekly/monthly performance using dashboards, spreadsheets, and ad platform tools. Create and maintain client-facing monthly dashboards tracking ad spend, leads, traffic, conversions, ROAS, and other KPIs - good hands on experience on Canva. Strategize and test various ad formats, audience segments, and landing page variations to maximize campaign performance. Ensure efficient budget allocation and continuous optimization of ad spend to hit target KPIs like CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS. Collaborate with the creative team to brief and co-create high-performing ad creatives (videos, carousels, static, etc.). Stay up-to-date with platform changes, algorithm updates, and best practices for Meta Ads and Google Ads. Maintain high levels of communication and transparency with internal teams and clients regarding campaign health and outcomes. QUALIFICATION/ SKILL-SET 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads management . Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics , analytics, and campaign tracking. Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads Editor . Familiarity with ad campaign reporting tools (Data Studio, Excel, Sheets). Strong analytical mindset with an eye for creatives that convert. Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certifications are a plus . Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
