Job Description

Discover WebTech is looking for a skilled and performance-driven Meta Ads Manager to oversee and optimize our advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and the Meta platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of audience targeting, ad creative strategy, and campaign optimization, with a proven track record of driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Audience Network).
  • Develop full-funnel ad strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention).
  • Perform detailed audience segmentation and targeting using Meta Ads Manager.
  • Create, test, and iterate ad creatives and copy to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to develop high-performing assets.
  • Analyze campaign data, generate performance reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Monitor and adjust budgets and bids to meet campaign goals and maximize ROAS.
  • Set up and manage pixel tracking, custom conversions, and event tracking using Facebook Pixel and Meta Events Manager.
  • Stay informed on Meta's algorithm changes, new features, and advertising best practices.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Facebook Pixel.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS.
  • Proven ability to scale campaigns and optimize performance across multiple audiences.
  • Experience with A/B testing strategies and landing page optimization.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Meta Blueprint Certification is a plus.
  • Experience with eCommerce, SaaS, or lead-generation campaigns.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Zapier.
  • Working knowledge of creative tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
