As a React/Python Developer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining web applications using React on the frontend and Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI) on the backend. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly applications. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React and Python Build reusable, testable, and efficient code Integrate front-end components with server-side logic Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features Optimize applications for performance and scalability Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies Requirements: 2+ years of professional experience with React.js 2+ years of experience with Python and at least one major web framework (Django, Flask, FastAPI) Proficient understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/ES6+ Experience with RESTful APIs and backend services Familiarity with version control tools like Git Understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORMs Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Pytest) Previous work in an Agile/Scrum environment Benefits: Competitive salary and performance bonuses Flexible working hours and remote work options Health insurance Generous paid time off and holidays Professional development opportunities Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Work Location: In person
