Meta Ads Specialist

• Plan, set up, and manage

  Meta Ads campaigns

  across Facebook & Instagram.
• Conduct detailed

  audience research

  and build effective targeting strategies.
• Create and test ad creatives, copy variations, and campaign structures.
• Monitor daily performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA) and optimize for maximum ROI.
• Run

  A/B tests

  to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the design and content team for high-performing creatives.
• Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in Meta Ads, paid marketing, and AI-driven ad optimization.

• Minimum

  1 year of proven experience

  in

  Meta Ads campaign management

• Strong understanding of ad targeting, bidding strategies, and remarketing.
• Experience with

  Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, and Pixel setup

• Knowledge of conversion tracking, funnels, and analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
