Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable MERN Stack Trainer with a strong academic background (M. Tech) and hands-on experience in teaching or training software development, particularly in the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) technology stack. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching and capable of upskilling learners with practical, real-time project-based training. Key Responsibilities: Deliver structured training sessions on MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js). Design and update curriculum and course materials aligned with current industry trends. Provide hands-on coding demonstrations, assignments, and real-time projects. Conduct assessments and provide detailed feedback to learners. Guide students through project development, code reviews, and debugging. Stay up to date with the latest tools and frameworks in full-stack development. Provide career guidance and mentorship support as needed. Technical Skills Required: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS. Strong experience in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Understanding of REST APIs, MVC architecture, and asynchronous programming. Familiarity with version control tools like Git & GitHub. Knowledge of deployment practices using platforms like Heroku, Netlify, or AWS is a plus. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Qualifications & Experience: M.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in MERN stack development and training. Prior experience in academic or corporate training preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills.
