Objectives of the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to bring the Cheeky brand to life through dynamic, on-the-ground engagement. You’ll support the senior sales and business development team, assist with data collection and reporting, and gain hands-on experience in sales, CRM management, and brand promotions. Key Responsibilities: Actively participate in roadshows, in-store activations, and local events to engage customers and enhance brand visibility Represent the Cheeky brand with a positive, friendly, and enthusiastic demeanor during public interactions Support sales team activities including promotions, product distribution, and daily operational tasks Collect and organize feedback through tools like Google Forms and basic operating system utilities Prepare basic sales and engagement reports using Excel/Google Sheets Manage and update CRM systems with accurate customer, vendor, and lead information Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns Be ready to travel locally to event venues, partner stores, and customer engagement points at short notice Ensure all sales activities align with the brand’s values and customer-first approach Knowledge & Skills: Basic understanding of consumer behaviour and promotional strategies Strong interest in data analytics and reporting Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, filters, dashboards) Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho, Bizom, etc. Ability to develop simple reporting systems and manage clean datasets Strong verbal communication skills — fluency in at least three languages is preferred Ability to observe customer interactions and provide feedback-based insights Preferred Attributes: Energetic, proactive, and enthusiastic A self-starter who takes initiative and delivers results Willingness to travel within the city and interact with diverse audiences Adaptable, approachable, and eager to learn from hands-on experiences What You'll Gain: Real-world sales and marketing experience Confidence in public communication and consumer engagement Exposure to CRM and analytics tools An opportunity to grow within a fast-paced and creative environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9538124226
