Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an MERN Trainer located in Panipat. The MERN Trainer will be responsible for conducting interactive and engaging classroom sessions on MERN stack technologies. The trainer will develop course content, provide hands-on guidance to students, assess student performance, and assist in their overall skill development. Day-to-day tasks will include preparing lesson plans, conducting lectures, mentoring students on projects, and staying updated with the latest industry trends.

MERN Stack Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classroom and lab sessions on MERN Stack technologies (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Teach core concepts of

  Linux

  and

  Operating Systems

  alongside MERN topics.
• Prepare course materials, assignments, and hands-on projects for students.
• Guide students in building real-world applications and preparing for interviews.
• Monitor and evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in MERN Stack and related technologies.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in

  MERN Stack

  (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Good knowledge of

  Linux commands

  , shell scripting, and OS fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and deployment processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and structured manner.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field.

• M.Tech

  (Computer Science / IT) will be a strong plus point.
• Prior teaching or training experience preferred.
