MERN Stack Developer

We are seeking a talented MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience working with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js to build scalable and high-performance web applications. This role requires strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end development, API integration, and a passion for delivering seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and team members to translate wireframes and designs into responsive and interactive web interfaces.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services to extend application functionality.
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code that follows industry best practices.
• Identify and fix performance bottlenecks and bugs across the stack.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving team workflows and code quality.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in web application development using the MERN stack.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• In-depth experience with Node.js and Express.js for back-end development.
• Proficient in working with MongoDB, including schema design and data modeling.
• Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and best practices for cross-browser compatibility.
• Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an agile and fast-paced team environment.

Must-Have Skills

• Proven expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node).
• Solid understanding of front-end and back-end architecture.
• Strong command over writing efficient and testable code.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and deployment processes.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with GraphQL and WebSocket.
• Knowledge of Docker or other containerization tools.
• Familiarity with alternative state management tools like MobX or Context API.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
