Job Title: MERN Stack Developer (3+ Years Experience)

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced MERN Stack Developer with a strong understanding of modern web development principles and hands-on experience building scalable full-stack applications. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, and comfortable working in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and maintain responsive, scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
● Build and consume RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
● Collaborate with front-end designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver high-quality features.
● Optimize application performance and scalability across all layers of the stack.
● Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and best practices.
● Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
● Stay up to date with emerging technologies and development trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Upto 3 years of professional experience in full-stack JavaScript development using the MERN stack.
● Proficiency in React.js, including hooks, state management, and component lifecycle.
● Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js for backend API development.
● Solid understanding of MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, and performance tuning.
● Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
● Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
● Experience with RESTful API architecture and design principles.
● Good understanding of front-end build tools and workflows (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
Preferred Skills:
● Experience with Redux, Next.js, or TypeScript.
● Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
● Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha), or GraphQL.
● Experience working in agile development environments (Scrum, Kanban).
Soft Skills:
● Strong communication and collaboration skills.
● Ability to work independently and in a team.
● Attention to detail and commitment to high code quality.
● Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
