Role Overview A Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) at a SaaS company is responsible for the top-of-funnel sales activities. They focus on prospecting, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for Account Executives (AEs) or senior sales team members. Their core mission is to generate a healthy pipeline of potential customers. Responsibilities ✅ Lead Research & Prospecting Identify target companies & decision makers (ICP) using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo. Gather insights to personalize outreach. ✅ Outbound Outreach Run cold email, LinkedIn, and sometimes phone call campaigns. Follow up consistently to engage prospects. ✅ Qualification Conduct initial discovery calls or use structured questions to qualify leads based on BANT / CHAMP criteria (budget, authority, needs, timeline). ✅ Meeting Setting Schedule meetings or demos for senior sales reps. ✅ CRM & Reporting Log all activities in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and keep data clean. Provide weekly pipeline and activity updates. Qualifications Strong written & verbal communication Resilience & ability to handle rejection Curiosity about technology & how SaaS products solve problems Organized, coachable, eager to learn KPIs & Success Metrics Number of new prospects added weekly Number of outreach activities (emails, calls, LinkedIn connects) Number of qualified meetings booked Conversion rates from contact to meeting

Role Summary We’re looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outreach to digital marketing agencies across the US, introducing them to potential tech partnerships with our platform, Idukki.io. You’ll be focusing on building relationships, qualifying agency partners, and setting the stage for them to onboard clients onto Idukki. Responsibilities - Identify and reach out to digital marketing agencies via LinkedIn, email, and calls. - Pitch tech partnership opportunities with Idukki.io. - Qualify interested agencies and set up discovery or demo calls with our team. - Maintain clean records of outreach and follow-ups in our CRM. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field At least 2 years' of relevant work experience in SAAS sales Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
