Role & Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Build and optimize database architecture for scalability and efficiency. Collaborate closely with the founders, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and improvements. Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle: requirement gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Ensure smooth deployment, integration, and scaling on cloud platforms. Contribute to architectural decisions and bring innovative solutions to complex technical challenges. Maintain clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices. Requirements: Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Hands-on experience in building web applications from scratch and deploying them to production. Strong understanding of database design, performance optimization, and query management. Good knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar), deployment pipelines, and scaling strategies. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and take ownership of projects. Excellent communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience leading/managing small development teams.
