Merchandising Intern

Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Merchandising Intern to support our product and sourcing teams. This role is focused on sample follow-ups, documentation, timeline management, and coordination with suppliers. You’ll help ensure that product development runs smoothly, deadlines are met, and all information is accurately tracked.

This is not primarily a design role — it's ideal for someone who enjoys structure, communication, and operational efficiency within a product business.

Key ResponsibilitiesSample & Vendor Coordination

• Follow up with suppliers on sample status, revisions, and dispatches.
• Maintain a clear tracker for all samples from request → receipt → approval.
• Ensure samples are labeled, photographed, stored, and documented correctly.

Documentation & Product Records

• Keep product specs, costing sheets, and development documents updated.
• Assist in preparing internal documentation such as tech packs, approval sheets, and PO summaries.
• Maintain up-to-date SKU databases, catalog files, and product folders.

Timeline & Workflow Management

• Track development timelines and flag delays proactively.
• Support in coordination and execution between design, sourcing, QC, and warehouse teams.
• Help prepare weekly status reports on ongoing developments.

Merchandising Support

• Assist in preparing product presentations, pricing comparisons, and range plans.
• Conduct basic competitor and market research when needed.
• Support new launch preparations (samples, pricing, labels, packaging info, etc.).

Job Type: Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
