Job Title: Western Wear Merchandiser Location: Preet Vihar, Delhi Salary: ₹25,000/month (negotiable based on experience) Department: Merchandising / Buying Reports To: Category Manager Employment Type: Full-Time --- About the Role: We’re seeking a sharp, trend-savvy Merchandiser who knows their way around Western wear — denim, boots, jackets, and all things bold. Your job? To turn insights into bestsellers, manage the full product cycle, and ensure our collection hits the sweet spot between stylish and sellable. --- Key Responsibilities: Trend Research & Line Planning Research seasonal trends and plan product ranges tailored to our Western collection. Vendor Communication Coordinate with vendors for sampling, production timelines, and pricing negotiations. Stock & Inventory Management Forecast demand, manage inventory flow, and control stock levels to avoid shortages or excess. Sales & Performance Tracking Analyze sell-through reports and customer feedback to improve future buys. Store & Visual Coordination Support store teams in merchandising and presentation of Western collections. Competitive Analysis Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to keep our offering sharp and competitive. --- What We’re Looking For: 1–4 years of experience in fashion merchandising (Western wear experience is a big plus) Degree or diploma in Fashion Merchandising, Apparel, or Business Solid knowledge of Western fashion categories, fabrics, fits, and styling Strong communication skills and vendor handling experience Proficient in MS Excel, basic reporting, and product life-cycle management Detail-oriented with a good eye for styling and product appeal
