Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources (HR) Office Manager, located in New Delhi. The HR Office Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including employee relations, benefits administration, and the implementation of HR policies. Responsibilities include managing HR management tasks, conducting training and development sessions, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The HR Office Manager will also handle recruitment, onboarding, and addressing employee concerns, ensuring a productive and harmonious workplace.
