Job Description

Coordinate with the design, sampling, and production teams to understand complete kitting requirements per style/order.
Create and maintain BOM (Bill of Materials) for each style with precise specifications.
Plan and execute timely procurement of all raw materials including fabric, trims, embellishments, hang tags, labels, polybags, and cartons.
Work closely with the sourcing team or vendors to ensure on-time deliveries and quality checks of materials.
Track inventory and maintain material inward/outward records for each order.
Coordinate with warehouse and store team to organize and dispatch full kits to respective production departments.
Ensure zero shortages at the time of issue to the production floor.
Handle follow-ups, delays, and escalations with vendors or internal departments.
Ensure cost-effective material planning without compromising on quality or timelines.
Maintain detailed tracking sheets for each style/order to monitor the kitting process.
Support the pre-production meetings and provide input on material readiness.
