What Youll Do

• Develop and manage the

  merchandising strategy for menswear

  to drive growth and profitability
• Plan and monitor

  seasonal assortments

  , ensuring a strong balance of fashion and basics
• Collaborate with design, buying, production, and retail teams to deliver a compelling product range
• Track, analyze, and report

  category performance

  to optimize inventory and pricing strategies
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely deliveries and quality standards
• Drive

  and monitor sell-through rates to reduce markdowns
• Stay updated on

  market trends and consumer insights

  to identify growth opportunities

What Were Looking For

• 610 years of

  merchandising experience

  in menswear (retail/fashion / apparel industry)
• Strong understanding of

  product lifecycle management, assortment planning, and inventory control

• Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Strong vendor management, negotiation, and leadership abilities
• MBA / Postgraduate in Fashion Management or related field preferred
