We’re Hiring: Merchandiser – US & Europe Markets @ DMW Export

What You’ll Do:

• Own relationships with major US & European accounts – think follow-ups, updates, and making sure everything is running smoother than non-stick cookware.
• Work hand-in-hand with production, design, and logistics to make sure orders don’t just leave on time—they leave looking perfect.
• Dive into our ERP (and help us make it better!) – we’re on a mission to automate, simplify, and work smarter.
• Learn. A lot. This is a mid-management role, but we want people who are always curious, always improving.
• Spot opportunities to wow our customers with speed, service, and style.

Who You Are:

• Experienced in merchandising, account management, or exports (2–5 years would be great).
• Comfortable working with buyers across time zones (your calendar will be your best friend).
• Tech-curious—ERP, automation, dashboards don’t scare you.
• Organized enough to never miss a ship date. Creative enough to find solutions when things go sideways.
• A people person who can hold their own in a client call and a production meeting.
