About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Merchandising & Product Development Specialist to support the Adidas brand. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in apparel merchandising, product lifecycle management, and costing, who are passionate about delivering high-quality products and driving brand excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end merchandising operations for Adidas brand apparel, from development through to final delivery.
• Lead product costing activities, including fabric consumption analysis, trim planning, and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with R&D, production planning, and fabric teams to ensure smooth execution of product development.
• Utilize Adidas Flex PLM, Creation Portal, and other relevant platforms for managing product data and timelines.
• Drive new business initiatives and support strategic growth opportunities within the Adidas brand portfolio.
• Ensure timely execution of sampling and production processes, maintaining alignment with brand standards and deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate documentation, approvals, and on-time deliveries.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a high-performance culture.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in apparel merchandising, preferably with global brands such as Adidas or Reebok.
• Strong command of PLM systems, ERP tools, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
