Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate sales orders, sampling, and production timelines. • Communicate with clients for product details, costing, and order updates. • Work closely with the production team for fabric sourcing, stitching, finishing, and quality checks. • Track market trends and assist in new design development. • Maintain order sheets, follow-ups, and dispatch schedules. • Build strong relationships with wholesale buyers and vendors. Requirements: • Experience in women’s ethnic wear/kurtis merchandising is mandatory. • Strong understanding of fabrics, embroidery, prints, and garment construction. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. • Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines effectively. • Knowledge of MS Office and basic computer operations.
