✅ Conduct feasibility studies and trials for new equipment to validate and deploy advanced solutions.
✅ Collaborate with Production & Quality teams to optimize factory workflows and results.
✅ Strong technical expertise in garment/apparel production, quality.
✅ Diploma or above in Garment technology, textile Engineering or related
✅ In-depth knowledge of advanced machinery and operations.
✅ Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in R&D, Production, or Technical within the garment or manufacturing sector.
✅ Proven track record of working with automated production systems and quality improvement projects.
