MEP Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Specialist to manage and oversee the execution, maintenance, and compliance of civil and electrical works within a designated region. This role will also include responsibilities for the installation of Diesel Generator (DG) systems, ensuring that all projects meet required performance and safety standards.

A. Execution & Maintenance:

• Plan, execute, and oversee civil and electrical work, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Manage routine maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems to ensure optimal functionality and performance.

B. Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of all civil and electrical work, including reports, drawings, permits, and approvals.
• Ensure all documentation meets organizational and regulatory compliance standards.

C. Diesel Generator (DG) Installation:

• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of DG systems, ensuring they meet specified performance and safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to DG systems during installation and operation.

D. Collaboration & Communication:

• Work collaboratively with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members to resolve issues effectively.

E. Compliance & Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all work complies with local and national codes, standards, and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to uphold quality assurance and operational standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in MEP project execution and maintenance.
• Expertise in DG installation and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in using documentation and project management tools.

• Strong knowledge of civil, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and project management abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance.
