MEP Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate

  Quantity Take-Offs (QTO)

  and

  Bills of Quantities (BOQ)

  for all MEP works.
• Carry out

  rate analysis, cost estimation, budgeting, and reconciliation

  for projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to ensure correct quantity assessment.
• Prepare and verify

  client bills, subcontractor bills

  , and maintain all related documentation.
• Track project costs, material consumption, and report variances.
• Support

  tendering activities

  , including preparation of comparative statements and cost sheets.
• Collaborate with the execution, procurement, and design teams to ensure alignment on project requirements.
• Conduct site visits to verify executed quantities and progress.

Key Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in

  Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

  .
• Strong experience in

  MEP estimation, quantity take-off, billing, rate analysis, and reconciliation

  .
• Good understanding of MEP drawings, specifications, and project execution processes.
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel, AutoCAD

  , and estimation tools.

• Excellent English communication skills

  (verbal and written).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
• Willingness to travel as per project requirements.
