MEP Quantity Surveyor

In this full-time role as an MEP Quantity Surveyor based in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for managing all costs related to building and civil engineering projects. Your duties will include carrying out valuations, cost control, preparing tender and contract documents, analyzing outcomes, writing progress reports, and managing project risks, value engineering, and procurement strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all costs from initial calculations to final figures - Carry out valuations and cost control - Prepare tender and contract documents - Analyze outcomes and write progress reports - Manage project risks, value engineering, and procurement strategies Qualifications Required: - Experience in cost planning, estimating, and contract administration - Proficiency in preparing tender and contract documents - Ability to handle cost control and budgeting during the construction phase - Strong analytical and negotiation skills - Proficiency in specialized software tools for quantity surveying - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field - Experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) environments is a plus,
