MEP Quantity Surveyor

Role Overview: As an MEP Quantity Surveyor at our company in Oman, you will be responsible for quantity estimation, cost management, and preparation of BOQs for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works. Your expertise in these areas will be crucial for the successful completion of MEP projects. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and review quantity take-offs and BOQs for MEP projects. - Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist in tendering processes. - Monitor project costs and prepare progress reports. - Ensure compliance with project specifications and drawings. - Coordinate with engineering and site teams to verify actual quantities. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP Quantity Surveying. - Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field. - Strong knowledge of estimation software and MS Excel. - Excellent analytical and communication skills. - Candidates currently residing in Oman will be given preference.,
