Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Planning: Reviewing MEP designs, specifications, and budgets; ensuring compliance with codes.
Coordination: Liaising with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders for system integration.
Project Execution: Managing MEP contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
Quality & Safety: Conducting site inspections, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
Problem Solving: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues, commissioning systems, and troubleshooting malfunctions.
Documentation: Reviewing submittals, preparing reports, and managing approvals.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience: Proven project management in MEP systems.
Technical: Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building automation.
Soft Skills: Leadership, communication, budgeting, and problem-solving.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
