MEP Manager

Requirements:

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate plumbing, drainage, and firefighting activities across all assigned sites.
• Review and approve

  shop drawings

  ,

  technical submittals

  ,

  material approvals

  , and

  method statements

  .
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve design issues and site-related conflicts.
• Monitor project progress, quality standards, and safety compliance while ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Conduct routine site inspections and manage

  testing & commissioning

  for plumbing and fire protection systems.
• Oversee subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth, timely execution.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and technical documentation for management review.
• Identify risks, delays, or challenges across ongoing projects and implement corrective action plans.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Mechanical Engineering

  or a related field.
• Minimum

  7 years of experience

  in plumbing and firefighting systems within the construction industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of firefighting systems, pumps, sprinklers, and water supply & drainage networks.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
