Job Description

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Coordination:

Lead end-to-end MEP project execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders for design integration.

Design Management:

Review and validate MEP designs, drawings, and specifications.
Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and sustainability requirements.

Techno-Commercial Management:

Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets for MEP works.
Negotiate with vendors and contractors for procurement and execution.

Quality & Safety Compliance:

Implement quality control measures and safety protocols across all MEP activities.

Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor MEP engineers and site teams to achieve project objectives.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
Expertise in project planning tools and MEP design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.

Preferred Background:

Experience in large-scale
hospital

hotel
, or
commercial real estate projects
.
Proven track record of delivering projects within cost and time constraints.
Qualification:
B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferably from NIT or equivalent)
