Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an MEP Manager, based in Chennai. The MEP Manager will oversee and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) aspects of projects. Responsibilities include managing the MEP design, ensuring compliance with project requirements, reviewing and approving technical submissions, overseeing procurement of MEP systems, and liaising with vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MEP Coordination and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Strong knowledge of Plumbing and MEP Design
• Experience in Procurement related to MEP and construction projects
• Proven project management and leadership abilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in MEP design and management
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field
• Experience in commercial or corporate interior fit-out projects is a plus
