The ideal candidate for this position should have a high school diploma or GED along with relevant technical training. You should have at least 2+ years of experience in Electricals, as well as plumbing, carpentry, FAS, and HVAC (heat ventilation, and air conditioning). Your responsibilities will include installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems. You will need to be able to read technical diagrams and blueprints, perform general electrical maintenance, and follow RM and PM schedules. Knowledge of all DBs, MV panels, AC, and UPS will be required. Additionally, you will be responsible for inspecting transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components, troubleshooting electrical issues, and repairing or replacing equipment, wiring, or fixtures as needed. You should have a good understanding of heating and air conditioning systems, as well as various test equipment. Experience in carpentry repair, including roofing and drywall repair work, is essential. You will also be expected to conduct repair work and installations of doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures as necessary. Operating tools, machines, and equipment will be part of your daily tasks. As part of this role, you will need to assess the functionality of all safety systems, including the Fire Alarm System, and electrical systems. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule will include night shifts, and the work location will be in person.
