Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Maintain and update employee records and databases. Support HR operations including attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination. Assist in drafting HR letters, policies, and documentation. Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities. Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Maintain compliance with company policies and employment laws. Support performance management and appraisal processes.
