Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Chennai. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), managing and planning costs, and reporting on costs. Daily tasks include assessing project requirements, preparing cost estimates, forecasting financial outcomes, and working closely with project managers and architects to ensure cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management
• Experience with BOQ preparation and Cost Planning
• Skills in Cost Reporting and Financial Forecasting
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Relevant degree or certification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Experience in the interior design or construction industry is a plus
