Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate the design, installation, and maintenance of MEP systems.
Oversee the work of contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for MEP projects.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues or defects.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve technical issues.
Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing.
Experience in managing and leading teams of engineers, technicians, and laborers.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with industry-standard software and technologies.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
