MEP Manager

Avant Group (https://www.avantinfra.com/) is looking for a MEP Manager.

Location: Andheri East

Job Role:

• Assess MEP design specifications and plans for accuracy and feasibility.
• Provide support for the MEP contracts, selection of Materials and Estimation & Verification of BOQ,
• Co-ordinate and get the all services Coordinated drawings from the Consultant
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors for seamless integration of MEP systems into project plans, highlight the conflicts of services with design elements.
• Develop and manage installation schedules, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines.
• Oversee MEP subcontractors, including selection, negotiation, and coordination to meet project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations for all MEP installations.
• Address and resolve issues or conflicts during MEP system planning and execution.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure the performance and reliability of MEP systems.
• Collaborate with the project management team to monitor and control costs related to MEP systems.
