Membership Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Membership Consultant to join our sales team at Fitness First. As a Membership Consultant, you will be responsible for driving membership sales, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service to prospective members. Responsibilities: Drive new membership sales through lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Upsell & cross-sell services like personal training and group classes. Handle sales admin tasks – data entry, lead tracking, and reporting. Submit regular sales performance reports to management. Requirements: 0–2 years of sales experience. Strong communication & persuasion skills. Ability to negotiate, close deals, and meet targets. Sales/Marketing qualification is a plus. Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset. Additional information 1. Number of working days: 6 2. Week off: 1 (rotational) 3. Shift timings: split shift (5:30 am to 10 am, break, 5 pm to 10 pm)
