Role Overview:

Membership Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell gym memberships and fitness programs to prospects
• Manage walk-ins, leads, and phone inquiries professionally
• Provide detailed information about services, membership options, and benefits
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential members
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Support marketing activities and events to drive memberships

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in 

  Business, Marketing, Sports Management

  , or related field (preferred)

• 1–3 years of experience

   in sales, customer service, or fitness industry roles
• Excellent 

  communication, negotiation, and interpersonal

   skills
• Strong 

  presentation

   and 

  client relationship-building

   abilities
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated personality
• Comfortable using basic computer software and CRM tools
• Genuine 

  passion for health, fitness, and lifestyle improvement
