Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Membership Consultant located in Gurugram. The Membership Consultant will be responsible for membership sales, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining clear communication with current and potential members. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, managing member relations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Skills in Membership Sales and Membership management
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for fitness and wellness is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is beneficial
